Midland Truss Inc was started by Darryl Mast in the spring of 1998. He saw a need for a quality and trustworthy truss manufacturer in the state of South Carolina and got to work. Darryl’s mission has always been to make an impact wherever he is in life and to leave it better than he found it. Midland Truss Inc began with 2 employees in an old abandoned school building with out-of-date and labor-intensive machinery. During those days, Midland Truss only produced roof trusses and serviced counties neighboring New Holland.

Today, Midland Truss designs and manufactures floor, roof, and timber trusses. Deliveries now span from Virginia to Florida. We build structures ranging from commercial buildings, multi-family, complexes, and single family homes. The operation has grown significantly over 26 years but our mission still remains the same.
